Manages GST registrations, monthly and annual returns, input-tax-credit reconciliation and departmental correspondence for the firm's clients.

Looks after MCA and ROC filings, board and shareholder documentation and event-based compliance for companies and LLPs.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintains client books on cloud accounting software, completes reconciliations and prepares monthly management reports.
TDS & Payroll
Processes payroll and payslips, computes and files TDS returns and issues Form 16 / 16A, keeping statutory dues on schedule.
